We describe each of these options in the tutorial below. In this article: Using the Export ToolUsing the Import ToolAccessing the Error Log Exporting weForms includes two export options: exporting forms and exporting form submissions. To access these options, you will need to be logged in the WordPress Administrator Dashboard. Click on the weForms option in the menu and then click on the Tools. The screenshot below shows the first tab for weForms tools: Export. Export tab in weForms Tools Export Forms – Select to export all forms or select specific forms. Click on the Export Forms button to complete the action.Export Form Entries – To export form entries you start by selecting a form, then click on the Export Entries button to complete the action. You can also download PDF versions of Form Submissions in weForms. Importing weForms allows you to import forms that you may have saved in a backup. You can also import forms from different applications. These applications include: Contact Form 7Ninja FormsCaldera FormsGravity FormsWP Forms The screenshot below shows the options in the Import tab. Import tab in weForms Tools Import Contact Form – To import a saved contact form, click on Browse to locate your file, then click on the Import button.Import Other Forms – To import a form from another form plugin, click on the Import button for the plugin that you have previously used. Logs The last tab in the weForms tool is Logs. If you have any problems while using the plugin, then it is logged. To access this log you would need to click on Log tab in weForms Tools. This would help troubleshoot any possible issues. You are now familiar with the Tools that weForms provides. You can export forms or form submissions, import saved forms or forms from different plugins, and view an error log if one is generated.
