About Pre-Configured Reseller Packages

Our Reseller Hosting accounts now include three pre-configured packages of different levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can easily assign a package to an existing account, choose one of these packages when creating cPanel accounts, or customize these packages to suit your pricing needs. This can save time since you don't have to create packages from scratch. Below is a comparison chart of the included packages.

Assigning a Package
If you have already created cPanel accounts, you can assign these packages to them. This will set the account features to include the pre-configured options. The following guide will walk you through the steps.

When you create a cPanel account in WHM, you can choose one of these pre-configured packages from the drop-down menu. This is covered in the following guide:

I did buy reseller hosting recently but I do not see these pre-configured packages, why is that? I have create two other packages along and that I can see when creating a new customer. thanks

The pre-configured packages are an option that was just released this past week. If you wish to change your reseller hosting package to use these options, then you can contact our Customer Service team via phone, chat or email to discuss how you can change your account type.
