How to Delete an Email Account

There may come a time when you find it necessary to remove an email account. In this guide, you can learn the steps to take to delete an email account from cPanel.

1. Log into cPanel
2. Click on the Email Accounts icon in the Email section.
3. Click Manage to the right of the account you’d like to remove.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click the Delete Email Account button.
5. You’ll receive a warning that this change is permanent. Click Delete.
