This will allow you to keep your website content private while communicating with your visitors that the website is being worked on. IMPORTANT: The following instructions require that you have installed the WordPress plugin: Under Construction by Web Factory. Choose a Design There are a variety of options to choose from for the design of your Under Construction page. The steps below will guide you through the process of selecting a design. Log into WordPress. Hover over Settings and click on Under Construction. Click on the Design tab. Click on the Activate button under your preferred design choice. NOTICE: Templates marked with a star require a PRO subscription. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes. Content Settings The Under Construction Page plugin includes an interface to modify the content displayed on your website, when enabled. The default text generally emphasizes that some work is being done on the site. However, you can customize this message to captivate your audience using more personable text.ContentThe content appears on the Under Construction Page. The editor allows you to customize the content (text and media) much like the Editor for WordPress Pages and Posts.Login ButtonThis toggle will disable/enable a transparent button on the Under Construction Page. This button will allow anyone to access the WordPress Login Page when clicked.Show Some LoveIf you are loving UnderConstruction, you can show it by enabling this toggle.
