Viewing the Shop Search report in PrestaShop 1.5

Continuing in our Working With Product Stats course, this article will work with the Shop Search report. Much like our last report on the Carrier Distribution, it is a very short report but contains valuable information. Follow the steps below for access information and data explanation.

Accessing the Shop Search report in PrestaShop 1.5

1. Log into your PrestaShop 1.5 admin dashboard.
2. Using the top menu bar, hover over the Stats tab and click on the Stats option.
3. This will bring you to the Stats page. On the left hand sidebar are the many stats reports. Click on the Shop Search link.
   
4. The Shop Search report is broken into two subsections. The first is a pie chart that displays the ratios of the keywords your users are using in your search bar. With this information you can identify your most popular keywords.
   

   The second is a table that shows a display of the searches. Not only can you view the keywords, but show how often they are used and the results that search provided.
