This page does not, nor does any of the other pages I have found, explain how to obtain the eNom reseller account (free). 99.99999999999999% of all the hosting 'reseller' customers of yours want to actually offer hosting AND domains to their customers seamlessly in a white-label environment. Your sales materials promise a free eNom reseller account and white label hosting integrated with WHMCS. So far IMH is falling short by overly complicating the eNom free acct setup process. There should just be a button in the AMP that we click and it configures the whole thing there. The tutorial pages, and the response I got from my support ticket are inadequate. The support response was to "Thank you for contacting support! This process is outlined in the following article and the "free" bit is addressed in the article as well as the comments:" which is the same thing that is already here on this page that I already found and it does not provide the solution. Why is this so difficult for inmotionhosting to resolve? Thanks, Erik

Hello Erik,

Thank you for contacting us and providing our feedback. Sorry to hear you are having such difficulty with the process.

Simply click the Create Account link on the top of the http://IMHStore and you can then create your own Login ID, and gain access to the IMHStore (powered by eNom).

You can then install WHMCS using Softaculous, and connect WHMCS to your eNom Reseller Account (at the IMHstore).

Thank you,

Yes, you can do this using the Domain Registrars feature in WHMCS.

Hello Khaled,

You will need to contact eNom in regards to white listing your IP address for transactions.

Register your IP with eNom
Access to eNom's API is restricted by IP address so you will need to register the IP address from which you will be connecting to your account with them. See the IP Registration section below for details of how to do this.
IP Registration (User not permitted from this IP address)

In order to use the Enom API, you must first contact them and let them know the server IP address where you will be connecting from (the server IP address where you have WHMCS installed)
This is part of Enom's security measures to prevent unauthorised users being able to submit registration requests to your account.
You can do this by opening a ticket with Enom directly to their API department asking for your server IP address to be authorized for access to your account

I have a reseller account with inmotionhosting. In my package, I should get a free enum account but due to some technical I never get the email for the enum instructions. Now, I talked to inmotionhosting support and they told me I just need to create an account on imhstore. I did it but enum didn't accept my account as a reseller and they told me to contact you guys to fix it.

Now please fix it or tell me how can I get the reselling account on enum.

Hello Mike,

Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear you are having trouble logging into the InMotion Store. Since this is just our public forum, I cannot make any changes, or provide account specific information.

I recommend contacting Live Support, so they can test and help you with your specific account.

I am following everything stated in here, they do not allow me to create an account because of my I.P. "We are unable to process this transaction because we are currently not accepting orders from this IP." what is wrong with the location of country i reside in, which i don't understand. Should i go back to my own country (sg) and have this created then come back here (indo)?

Hello Bernard,

Sorry for the problem with processing the transaction. This looks like an issue with WHMCS where they're blocking a particular country. It would need to be unblocked in order to process that order. Check out this articleon blocking countries. There's also this documentation from the makers of WHMCS which talks about security and bans for IP. This is most likely the cause of the problem that you're seeing.

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Hello Snehashis Priya Barua,

Sorry for the confusion. The instructions for getting the free Enom reseller account are provided through email when you signup for the account. Additionally, as John Paul explained above, the integration is part of the WHMCS solution under Enom . The provide documentation on WHMCS there that may provide information. If you need further assistance, you can also find a lot information on the, Everything Reseller page.

If you continue to be confused on this issue, please explain what you have done so far and detail the area of the process that is confusing you.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.

Hello Rami.Alloush,

You can use WHMCS as an interface to manage your eNom Domain Reseller account, here is a link to the eNom page for WHMCS where it explains the features in more detail.

You can also use WHMCS to handle billing for the customer's you are reselling to, among other features.

You can request a WHMCS license through us from AMP.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

Hello Rami.Alloush,

Yes, the store interfaces with Enom so you do get the domain-selling benefits. However, if you do not want to purchase the domains for your customers personally and want to allow them to have an interface, then you will want to use WHMCS as well.

So the InMotion store just allows purchases of domain names and such? How does this differ from purchasing domains through my AMP account? How does this integrate with my reseller account without having a separate WHMCS login for those that just want to park or add-on a domain? I don't have WHMCS setup on my site yet.

The InMotion Store is used to manage domains purchased directly by your customers through Enom. This is used in conjunction with WHMCS so that your customers never see that InMotion is managing the site and items are processed directly through you.

How is this store account linked with my Reseller hosting account ?!
And does this store gives domain-reselling benefits ?
