Setting up you Server
When you purchase your VPS hosting server package, the standard server setup includes the setup of the operating system using cPanel and WHM. Our Managed Hosting team can also help to setup custom configurations for website software, firewalls, and enhanced security.
Live Technical Support
Our live technical support team provides technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They are available for contact through the phone, online chat, or via an email. The sales team also provides staff who are familiar with VPS servers so that technical questions related to the sale of VPS servers can be answered in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
If you are international customer, Skype services are provided to help with overseas communications.
Depending on your VPS hosting server package, you can start with a period of technical support called Launch Assist. This period of service can be used for initial website migration, server setup, or to meet the account owner’s needs. Launch Assist is offered free-of-charge and can be extended as needed with a minimal fee.

Dedicated IP Addresses
All VPS hosting servers come with at least 3 IP addresses. You get more depending on the level of your hosting subscription. The IP addresses that come with your server are provided free of charge, and are assigned to your server via the Technical Support Department. You can also purchase additional IP address through the Account Management Panel (AMP).
