This program can assist in getting started with InMotion Hosting, including website transfers, and consulting on server set-up and optimizations. Launch Assist time becomes available to select cPanel and Control Web Panel (CWP) server hosting customers after signing up with InMotion Hosting.

Professional Solutions Team 

Launch Assist is provided by our Professional Solutions team, not to be confused with our cPanel-managed server solutions by our technical support specialists, and is available 24/7 via chat. With Professional Solutions assistance, there are no transfers of the account between customer service and your Professional Solutions representative. You get a single point of contact, a liaison to any assistance you need with your new InMotion account. Some hosting plans include complimentary Launch Assist hours to ensure a smooth setup or transition.

Our Professional Solutions team specializes in Platform InMotion, cPanel, and Control Web Panel server configuration and customer service. Customer service is InMotion Hosting’s thing.

Launch Assist time can be used for more than server or website migration. Here are some popular uses of Launch Assist time.

Getting Started with Launch Assist

To get started, you only need to log into your Account Management Panel (AMP) and look for the Launch Assist Available notification at the top. If you see it, select Click to start a Chat.

If you want to start off by having a server backup moved from another web hosting provider, find the Website Transfer Request button under the successive InMotion Hosting plan.
