Setting Delayed Shipping in PrestaShop 1.5 Updated on March 11, 2022 by Scott Mitchell 0 Minutes, 48 Seconds to Read Configuring the delayed shipping option in PrestaShop is one of the many order settings you can configure. The Delayed Shipping option, if enabled, allows a customer to split their order into two parts if there are any products on back order. The customer will immediately be sent one order with the items that are in stock, while the back ordered items will be sent once they arrive. To set the Delayed Shipping option in PrestaShop 1.5: Log into your PrestaShop 1.5 dashboard. Using the top menu bar, hover over the Preferences tab and select the Orders option. From the Preferences : Orders screen, find the Delayed Shipping field and select either Yes to allow the customer’s order to be split, or No to keep the entire order as one shipment. The default setting for this option is No. Once finished, click on the Save button in the upper right corner of the screen. You have now configured the Delayed Shipping option in PrestaShop 1.5.
