Viewing the Pages Not Found report in PrestaShop 1.5 Updated on August 16, 2021 by Scott Mitchell 1 Minutes, 12 Seconds to Read With our last article we discussed the Visitors Origin report. The next article in our course on people statistucs reports goes over the Pages Not Found report. This is a report listing the referrers of dead or incorrect links to your site. Below is an explanation as well as a set of instructions on finding this report. Accessing the Pages Not Found report in PrestaShop 1.5 Log into your PrestaShop 1.5 admin dashboard. Using the top menu bar, hover over the Stats tab and click on the Stats option. This will bring you to the Stats page. On the left hand sidebar is a list of all the statistical reports. Click on the Pages Not Found link. The Pages Not Found report displays a list of referrers that visitors came from and got a 404 error. This could be the result of a direct contact or a dead link. Where possible, the referrer is recorded so that you can understand where the dead links are and possibly correct the issue by contacting the owner of the site where the dead link is located. In cases where they are linking incorrectly from a search engine, you can contact them to get that removed, though they usually do a good job of removing them on their own. In our test case, you can see that no referrers are listed at the time. Be sure to conclude this stats reports course by viewing our Newsletter stats report article.
