How to Suspend/Unsuspend cPanel Accounts

With your Reseller Hosting plan you can create cPanel accounts and upgrade/downgrade those accounts through WHM. You can also suspend and unsuspend accounts through your reseller WHM account. There are a few reasons why you may want to suspend one of your hosting customer’s accounts such as nonpayment or resource abuse.

How to Suspend cPanel Accounts

  1. Log into WHM
  2. Selection 007 Under Account Functions choose Manage Account Suspension
  3. Selection 008 Choose the account you are managing and click Suspend

How to Unsuspend a cPanel Account

  1. Selection 009 Under Account Information choose List Suspended Accounts
  2. Selection 010 Click Unsuspend for the account you want to unsuspend
