However, if you are getting errors, you are best advised to check your logs for more information before contacting support. Domain Checker reports domains available when they are registered The most probable cause for this error proves to be a disconnect between WHMCS and the whois server. In order to discover solutions, you must access your error log: Utilities > Logs > Activity Log Refer to the errors below for troubleshooting information: Error Solutions Extension not listed in includes/whoisservers.php This can be changed by editing the file Error: 110 – Connection Error Your firewall is blocking port 43, contact support Error: 0 – php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known Review the WHMCS documentation for more information If you continue to have problems, feel free to reach out to live support anytime.
