Flushing your Firewall Rules from AMP Updated on October 28, 2021 by Kyle McClammy 1 Minutes, 1 Seconds to Read This guide will show you how to flush the rules from the firewall on your Cloud VPS from your AMP. You would only want to do this for troubleshooting or to regain access to your server as this could leave your server vulnerable to attacks. This will not delete the rules from your firewall, it will only turn them off, to turn them back on you will need to restart your server or reload your firewall. Flush Firewall Rules Log into your AMP (Account Management Panel). Click the Flush Firewall Rules button in your AMP. You will see a popup that details the changes that will be made to your firewall. Once you have read the changes you need to click the checkbox for I acknowledge the immediate changes that will occur to my firewall and then click the CONFIRM FLUSH FIREWALL RULES button. You will see a “Firewall Flush Complete” message once the rules have been cleared. Click the Close button to return to the main AMP page.
