This is an optional parameter. By default an email client will the "From" address for replies. This field allows you to set a custom email address that will receive replies.

Hello Ani,

Squirrelmail is one mail client that you can use. You're not restricted to using only the one. All of them have the same limitations as they are based on the actual account. For more information, please read Email Marketing 101.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

On the laptop try clearing your browser cache, or test with a different browser (such as FireFox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc.)

Thank you,

Are you getting a specific error message? Also, if it works on other devices it sounds as if it's an issue with the laptop itself.

There is no message appearing, the login page reloads all over again. There is not even an error message.

Try clearing the cache and cookies on all browsers having the issue. If it is still occurring, contact the Live Support so they can view the live server log as you attempt to log in to see if there is any specific error message that is detected.

You should be able to add the additional emails to the "cc" (carbon copy) or "bcc" (blind carbon copy) fields.

Thank you,
