Hello Judith,

Are you not able to log into cPanel or Webmail? Are you using Mac or Windows? What version of Safari are you running?

Hello Debbie,

Thank you for contacting us. I tested your cPanel, and was able to successfully add a Parked domain as a test, and create an email address for the parked domain (I removed the test accounts after testing). In my tests I used the Chrome browser.

We are happy to help you troubleshoot further, but will need some additional information.

What type of browser are you using? Have you tried a different one, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE?

What type of operating system are you using? For example, are you using Windows 10, OSX, Linux, etc?

Thank you,

Hello Gireesh,

Unfortunately there is no way to change an existing email account like that. However you could remove the email account and re-add it.

I'm on the control panel, and whenever I click the "Add/Edit Email Account" button, it sends me to another screen which asks me to login again. No matter what I type there, I cannot get past that screen.

That definitely is not the correct behavior. You may want to check with another browser to see if it the current one acting up with cookies, etc. If not, please contact Live Support so they can assist you.

Hello Majgistyle,

We're not really sure what you're asking in regards to Outlook email. There are many online guides such as this one that show how to use Outlook. You will also need to specify version. If you require further assistance, please provide us more information and we would be happy to help.

To confirm, this is the email address that should be posted on the website for contact with visitors, correct?

Hello Jennifer,

The email address is up to you. The email accounts are there for your use or for you to set up for others as needed. We highly recommend using a contact form that includes some type of form protection.

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Hello Phillip,

When you migrated your account from HostGator did you also transfer the mail accounts as well? When you log into cPanel do you see the email account you are trying to log in with?

Best Regards,
TJ Edens
