LD Server Maintenance

Over the night of 6/14/2016 the majority of our large disk (LD) servers were upgraded from Courier to Dovecot. During this process, the user’s email client will require a re-sync of the emails. Because the volume of email on the LD servers, this can have an impact on services within the affected servers. As services are impacted, this may require further unplanned maintenance to the server itself. You can view your server in the Account Technical Details section of AMP.

Status:This is currently being performed, and any updates will be posted in our Server Status page.
Who is impacted?Users on our LD servers.

  1. I’m receiving notifications from Outlook (using IMAP4 and secure server) that the Server Certificate is not valid.

     

    Checking the Server Cert it shows:

    Server: ld106.inmotionhosting.com

    Valid From: 5/23/2011 to 5/22/2012

      This post from another Microsoft customer describes the same problem. They say that there might be a solution as described in this Microsoft support article.
