Currently there is an outage affecting customers housed in our East Coast Datacenter which was caused by an issue at the facility itself in turn affecting our network provider.
We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

As of 5:24am Eastern time our datacenter & upstream providers informed us that they had resolved the issue & moved over to backup systems. All systems should be operating normally at this time.
