Click on the Train not spam under the General section of the Spam Experts menu (displayed in the left column). this article is incomplete as it does not address what information is needed in the uploaded eml file. We have gotten an error stating that the eml file does not have the information needed for training. And we have actually saved the eml file from messages pulled from the inmotion webmail page
