Important Update: Changes to How You Submit Technical Support Tickets DerrellUpdated on April 30, 2025 2 Minute Read Effective May 1, 2025, all Technical Support tickets must be submitted via your Account Management Panel (AMP). Direct emails to [email protected] will no longer be supported. We’re making this change to improve your experience with our Technical Support team, and we want to make sure you’re fully prepared. Why We’re Making This Change To better serve you, we are streamlining the support process by requiring all tickets to be submitted through your Account Management Panel (AMP). Submitting tickets through AMP offers key benefits: ✅ Automatic verification of your account ⚡ Faster response times from our support team 🔐 Enhanced security for your account and personal information 🎯 Fewer delays caused by unverified or incomplete requests By eliminating direct email submissions, we can focus our resources on responding to verified inquiries more quickly and efficiently. How to Submit a Verified Ticket It’s easy! Just follow these steps: Log in to your Account Management Panel (AMP). Click on the Get Help button under the Manage My Account section of the AMP main page. In the Submit a verified ticket to Billing or Technical Support section, choose a Department. Complete the form with your issue details and click Submit. Your contact is automatically verified during this process, helping us assist you more effectively. For a complete walkthrough, visit our Support Center article on submitting tickets. What Happens if You Still Email Us? We will continue to monitor unverified emails sent to [email protected] until May 1, 2025. After that, direct emails will no longer generate a support ticket. Please update your workflows now to avoid any interruptions in support. Questions? We’re here to help! If you have any questions about this change or need help navigating the AMP, don’t hesitate to reach out to us or consult our Support Center.
