View & Change Profile Settings

There may be times when you need to view or modify your name, email address, phone number, or password. This guide will show you how to view or make changes to your Platform InMotion account.

Access Account Settings

1. Login to Platform InMotion.
2. Click My Account then Settings on the main navigation menu.
3. This will take you to a Profile page for your personal account, not the Team profile. From there you can view or update your personal information, here are the available options.

Change Contact Information

1. To change your name, email address, or phone number enter the new value in the available field.
2. Click the Update button. You will then see a message stating “Successfully updated your account details.“
   

Change Your Profile Image

To change your profile image, visit Gravatar to add one to your email address.

Change Your Password

1. To update your password first enter the current one.
2. Now enter the new password.
3. Click the Change Password button.
