If you need to point a domain to your hosting account, you need the InMotion Hosting nameservers. The table below lists all nameserver pairs by plan type. The steps that follow show you how to find your plan-specific nameservers in the Account Management Panel (AMP).

Most shared, VPS, and Dedicated hosting accounts use the standard pair (ns1.inmotionhosting.com and ns2.inmotionhosting.com). If you are unsure which pair applies to your account, confirm it in AMP by following the steps in the next section. Reseller accounts can also set up custom nameservers under their own brand.

How to Find Your Plan-Specific Nameservers in AMP

AMP displays the exact nameservers assigned to your account under Account Technical Details. Use these values when updating your domain at any registrar.

1. Log in to AMP at https://secure1.inmotionhosting.com/amp.
2. On the account dashboard, locate the Account Technical Details icon.
3. Click the Account Technical Details icon to expand your technical details, including your assigned nameservers.
   
4. Copy the nameserver values and provide them to the registrar where your domain is managed so they can update the records.
