Enable Under Attack Mode in Cloudflare

This article covers how to enable Under Attack mode in Cloudflare. This is often used as a temporary measure when your website is under a DDOS or other attack.

IMPORTANT: This guide requires Cloudflare to be enabled on your site.

Enable Under Attack


  1. Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard, and select your account and domain.



  2. Click on Overview.
    NOTE: If prompted, choose the new Cloudflare Dashboard.



  3. Under Quick Actions, toggle the switch




  4. Click Enable (if prompted)
