Learn How to Get Support From InMotion Central

If you need help troubleshooting a website or server issue, you can access help options right from InMotion Central. Support is available for your team or personal account via ticket request or live chat. This guide will show you how to get support directly from InMotion Central.

Get Support For a Team

Starting a Chat

  1. Login to InMotion Central.
  2. Click Teams on the main menu.
  3. Click the Actions button then Profile next to the team you want to work with.

  4. Click the Requests sub-menu.

  5. Click the Live Chat button on the top right.

  6. A “Contact us” window will open up. Enter your name, email address, Subscription that’s impacted, what you need help with, subject, and a description of your issue. You can attach up to 5 files if necessary.
  7. Click the Send button.

Submitting a Ticket

  1. Login to InMotion Central.
  2. Click Teams on the main menu.
  3. Click the Actions button then Profile next to the team you want to work with.

  4. Click the Requests sub-menu.

  5. Click the Open Request button on the top right.

  6. There will be a pop-up window where you can enter your issue in the Subject field.
  7. Choose a Category from the dropdown list. The options are Technical Support or Billing.
  8. Enter a Description for your issue.
  9. Click the Send button. After submitting a ticket request it will be listed on the Requests page with the subject, created at time/date, last activity time/date, and status.

Viewing Requests

  1. Login to InMotion Central.
  2. Click Teams on the main menu.
  3. Click the Actions button then Profile next to the team you want to work with.

    You will then see a list of your open support tickets for your team, you can also open a new request, or start a live chat.

Get Support For Your Personal Account

Starting a Chat

  1. Login to InMotion Central.
  2. Click My Account then Settings on the bottom left of the page.

  3. Click the Requests link in the submenu.
  4. Click the Live Chat button on the top-right of the page.
  5. A “Contact us” window will open up. Enter your name, email address, Subscription that’s impacted, what you need help with, subject, and a description of your issue. You can attach up to 5 files if necesary.
  6. Click the Send button.

  • My brand new WordPress hosting account does not have a settings option but instead has profile. I can’t see the tickets I have submitted

I recommend you speak with our live technical support team by phone or chat. If you go to our support page or home page, you will see the links and info for both options there.
