All of our servers offer webmail access. Webmail is a tool you can use to send and receive your email from your browser, and is an alternative to setting up an email client such as Outlook or Mac Mail to check your email.

If you cannot log into webmail, be sure of the following:

• You should log into webmail using YourDomain.com/webmail (be sure to replace YourDomain.com with your actual domain name). If you are not prompted for a username and password, instead of YourDomain.com/webmail please try webmail.YourDomain.com
• When prompted for a username and password, please use your full email address all lowercase as the username (and the corresponding email account's password as the password). Do not use your cpanel username as your webmail username.
