Managing Orders in your eShop

Note that the Premium Web Builder is not currently available in cPanel. Check out Alternatives to Premium Web Builder to find a newer tool for creating websites.

Any order that has been submitted will be located in hte “orders” tab within Premium Website Builder. You can change the order status or even add a comment to the order.

To begin managing your orders:

  1. Log into your Premium Builder and go to “step 4 – Edit” tab at the top.
  2. Click eShop underneath your “Site map” on the left side menu pane and then click the “Orders” tab.
  3. Click the pencil icon to the far right of the order you would like to manage.


How can I change an order’s status?

After going into edit mode for a particular order, you will see a “Status” field with a drop down menu next to it which you can change.

How can I add a comment to an order?

If you need to add a comment to an order, you can do so within the “Comment to this order” text area.
