Viewing Your Account's technical information in AMP
There are many times it can be helpful to have your account's Technical Details. Fortunately, it's quite easy to obtain this information from within your Account Management Panel (AMP).
- Begin by logging into AMP.
- On the AMP home page, scroll down until you see the heading for Technical Details.
- Click on the Details link and your account's Technical Details will be shown.
This will show your username, cPanel login address, server, nameservers, and more.

I do not have the branding icon under perferences, why not?

Can you please elaborate on what you're talking about? When logging into AMP (Account Management Panel), there is not a Preferences section, and I'm not sure what you mean by a branding icon.
