"This Website's IP Has Been Changed"

"If you are the owner of the website, please check your email for the new IP address and how to update your records."

While I don't know the specifics of Siteground, it sounds like you are pointed it to a Siteground IP, but that IP is not actually the one currently hosting your site. You may need to check your Siteground settings to confirm the current IP. Plus, if you are using a CMS like CloudFlare, you would need to clear its cache-- otherwise it will appear as though things are still pointed to the old IP.

I appreciate the response. But I'm so confused and frustrated, and ready to just end all of this.

Everything worked fine, and then suddenly it doesn't.  I purchased a Domain through GoDaddy and had it forward to this account.  It forwards fine, but this account isn't working.  I don't understand how Inmotion, WordPress, and Siteground intersect. I access my cPanel through Siteground. I was not using Cloudflare (I just activated it), so I cleared my cache with SuperCacher. Didn't help... I've tried to search for the old IP address in phpMyAdmin to replace it--no luck.  I've looked into the code for wphq_options and wp_config--couldn't find any reference to the old IP address.  Tried an UPDATE command in SQL--no luck.

My Siteground IP address is showing correctly, but for some reason the web address is trying to go to the old IP address and no one can tell me why.

I recommend you contact Live Support so someone can verify what your domain, DNS records, and website(s) are doing and assist you directly. They'll also help you better understand your setup.

The new IP address has already been updated in the DNS Zone editor, yet I'm still getting the error message. How can this be?

Happy to help! Just use the Zone Editor in cPanel. Edit any entries with your old IP to point to the new IP. If you're ever unsure if an IP address is the old, external IP address or the cPanel IP address you would need to keep as-is for email, remember that you can always check your server IP at InMotion in cPanel

My Siteground IP address changed. How do I update it on the cPanel?
