Hi Paul!

It looks like you need to adjust the PHP settings for this site. You can increase the site's memory limit using cPanel's multiPHP.ini editor!

Hello Raul, Sorry to hear you are getting an exhausted memory error. This is due to the page needing more memory than is allowed. You can change this setting within the php.ini file. Simply increase the amount of memory and then try again. If you need to increase it again, do so. I would not increase it by more than 16 or 32 MB at a time. Kindest Regards, Scott M

Hello, Sorry for the problem with the memory error. We unfortunately do not know what you changed in the php.ini. Please try reviewing our article, Fixing the allowed memory size exhausted error. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.

Hi acrafts, Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. You'll need to make sure you set the php.ini file to be recursive so it will apply to all subfolders. It's likely you haven't done this, so your memory increase is not being applied to your entire account. Here's a link explaining how to do so: Setting your php.ini file to be recursive If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us. Thanks! Tim S
