Keeps logging me out of e-mail
I am able to login to my webmail no problem but when I try to open an e-mail it says "error connecting to server" and takes me back to the login page.

There are a number of possible reasons why this error might appear, ranging from a temporary issue with the server itself or an issue with your connection to the server. I recommend attempting to log in to webmail on a different device with a different internet connection as there may be an issue with the local network that you are currently using. If that still does not work, I recommend contacting our 24/7 Technical Support team by emailing [email protected], calling 888.321.HOST(4678), or by starting a chat session via your Account Management Panel.
