Sorry that you're having trouble sending out mail!

you may have simply sent more messages than you are allowed to and now the system is limiting you from sending more to prevent possible spamming. 

I would suggest clearing your exim queue using WHM or clear it using SSH. If you are on a shared account, make sure that you aren't accidentally triggering the spam filter by sending a series of forwarded messages to a new recipient or with an attachment like a PDF or Excel sheet containing macros that are getting accidentally flagged as spam. 

Lastly, you may be exceeding the maximum number of deferred emails per hour. Please review this guide for advice on dealing with the issue.
