When we go to our website we can access our site. However when we click on the right side of the screen in google and hit the website button there is a security problem and will not let you in.

Don't worry, our team can set up the redirect for you. Just get in touch with our live Technical Support team, since they are authorized to access your servers directly. They can set up the redirect for your site.

For your privacy, I removed the URL of your site from your question after I visited it and checked out a few things.

It looks like you have an issue with the security certificate. The certificate is installed and working, but there is no 'redirect' in place to force visitors to the secure version of the site.

So, right now, if someone types the address and does not add the 'https' to the beginning, they will be sent to the unsecured page and get the warning.

Luckily, this is an easy fix. All you need to do is set up an .htaccess redirect so all visitors are taken to the secure version of the site. If you have any trouble with that, our 24/7 Technical Support team can help set it up for you!
