I monitor 3 different company emails and one of them I get the "invalid certificate" and daily install that certificate yet still the warning. How do I get it to install permanently and avoid this hassle? I am using Outlook 365 as my email client and as mentioned it is only for this one email address that I have the problem.

Try this workaround: find your server name in cPanel, then use your server's URL (something like ecbiz123.inmotionhosting.com or similar, but with the appropriate server type/number at the beginning) instead of your site's URL when you set up your mail client.
