I have built the following in a signage software with nothing but RSS feeds, I would like to do the same in a joomla website. Components that might do this?

Hello! While we appreciate the ambition of your project, that level of Joomla development is a bit beyond the scope of our skillset. I'd recommend that you contact the Joomla developers directly via IRC or user groups; they would be the best people to ask in this scenario.
