Error msg on zip attempt

I am a senior and a noobie...I tried following your video and tried to zip "Zero Hour" and the only thing I got was the attached error msg. I have no idea where to go from here. Can you kindly help?

I'll try.

  1. Have you tried right-clicking the actual file to create a compressed file?
  2. Have you tried using another compression option (e.g. zip)?
  3. Did you miss any steps from our related 7-Zip guide.
