Hi I am going to upgrade my website Magento from version 1 to version 2 in few days. I would need the php version 7.2 for that. But before going live and shutting down the currecn website which is run on php 5.6, I would like to test everything on php 7.2. What are my option of doing this? My plan includes 6 websties. Is it possible if I create a new website, it will be running on php 7.2, while the old website will keep running on php 5.6.? I need to make sure the current website is not affected.

If you create another site on your account, you can easily change the PHP version with the MultiPHP Manager. If you are on a VPS, you may need to first have PHP 7.2 installed: we can help you with that if you contact our 24/7 Technical Support team! If you are on a shared hosting plan, newer versions of PHP will be installed automatically. Just keep track of what the 'default' version of PHP on your account is and adjust it as needed!
