Getting PROPS at IMH

Our Customer Success department makes up just over 40% of our workforce therefore we’re always looking for ways to thank them for their hard work. Our “P.R.O.P.S.” committee focuses on Prizes Rewards & Otherwise Promoting Success within the department. This committee has monthly meetings with members from each level of the Customer Success team to go over bonus structures and prizes for team members who have received great feedback from customers regarding the outstanding service they provided. After a close vote, our winning team member received a Nintendo Switch! Furthermore, the 4 runner-ups in the vote, received a cash prize.
