Department Gets Creative With Teamwork

InMotion Hosting encourages teams to interact outside of the workplace to help build effective working relationships.  We call these events Team Builders.  This past March, our InMotion Website Operations (IMW) team displayed their creative sides at their department team builder!  

“Creative Teamwork”

Ten team members from the Virginia Beach office visited the Color Me Mine studio.  Team members chose a blank piece of pottery and quickly got to work designing and painting their masterpieces.

IMW is a creative group, made up of team members with backgrounds in web design and development.  At the end of their studio session, the team signed and put their thumb prints on a commemorative plate.  The plate was then sent to one of their team member that works remotely.  Rumor has it IMW is already planning their next creative team building event…stay tuned to hear what other team building events are in store!
