I am not able to get into the C Panel and not able to get my email , or go view Webmail. what is going on?

i did call your 24/7 help service and was guided in the right direction.  It seems i had changed my email password in the past few days and  had not changed it on my cell phone.  This was causing  rejection of any attempt to get my email or open outlook.  after changing the password on IPhone, all came back to normal.
