Google is asking me to verify with my TXT record, but there are several. Which one works?

I am trying to verify my business with Google.  The verification mailed to me is not working, so I am trying the option to verify by entering the TXT record from my hosting account.  However, there are several.  Which one do I copy and paste to verify, and is this a safe way to verify my business?
