If I change to you (domain and hosting) what happens to my old email address? I have had it for 30+ years. Can I forward all future emails to my new domain/hosting with you?

My former hosting site is not currently up and running. They stated that the site is down but they have a backup for the database and domain. They are asking where to send it. Is there a method for this?
