I can send email. I can only receive email from the inmotion.com domain
I just setup a new account. I can send email from any of my devices. All emails sent to my new email account are getting rejected, except for emails from inside the inmotion email client. Also Outlook test messages were received. Even simply replying to emails sent from my new address are getting bounced.
Thank you for contacting us about issues receiving emails. If your website and email are being handled by InMotion, ensure the domain is pointed to InMotion's Nameservers. This causes web traffic and email traffic to resolve to our servers.
Next, check that your MX records are pointed to InMotion Hosting.
