so, email will not open up It says I might need to up date password. or get permission ive updated many times

If you're in the AMP (Account Manager Panel), the icon is labeled email. If you're in a web browser, you would need to type in the URL that is formatted like this: https://domain_name.com/webmail. You would replace "domain_name.com" with your domain name.
