Need to create SPF record (DNS not hosted by InMotionHosting)

My DNS for the domains I have on InMotionHosting is being hosted by a 3rd party and I need to create a SPF record.  How would i know what list of IP addresses are valid to send email for my domains?

Also, I don't remember InMotionHosting handling DNS when I first signed up (may have and I just missed it). Is DNS hosting free with the domain hosting? If so, I may just switch over to you guys to host my DNS rather than having to rely on a 3rd party.

Hi there,

It is possible to customize the SPF record with your current nameserver. You can also transfer your domain to InMotion Hosting's NS records, and manage them via cPanel or WHM.

To find out what IP Address to use, I recommend locating that from your cPanel account, or by contacting Technical Support.
