Not receiving email since Server EOL/Account Move
I do no longer receive emails since the EOL/Account (apparently) move:
- Not in Outlook, not via Webmail
- Boxtrapper is also completely empty (at least 50 items before)
- Applies to all email accounts
- Domains are registered with Inmotionhosting
- What I tested: I do receive emails sent from my Inmotionhosting email accounts. I do NOT receive emails sent from external email accounts (like e.g. Gmail).
Found the solution: server needed to be updated (didn't receive "migration completed" mail).

Also, in the future, if InMotion moves your account and something stops working, reply to the contact in the email sent to you regarding the move or contact our live technical support team, and let them know of the situation. Account moves are generally given priority when something is not working correctly after a move.
