Sorry for the issue with sending emails from your iPhones. The email servers do not distinguish in the device sending mail. It's still using the protocols that email applications use - POP3 or IMAP. We need more information to determine what's happening. Typically, if you're unable send mail, then you should be getting a bounce-back email that tells you the error or issue in sending mail. If not, then we would need information on WHEN you're sending the email and the email address you're using.
Responses on the Support Center website are public domain, so, if you wish to handle this problem privately, then we would highly recommend that you contact our live technical support team. They can handle the issue privately and also have access to look directly a the email logs to see what's happening. Make sure to provide the bounce-back email if you're re receiving it. That is generally the best clue to determine what's happening without having to look into the email server logs.
