Fix my Landing Page

Hi, I am looking for some one to make my landing page work to collect emails, send a free PDF gift and look good all at the same time. I have reached out to the inmotion team several  times and can't make any progress. I have the 2 year power plan and I think all the parts needed are there.  I want to use it to promote my blog. 

Happy to pay some one to make it work , so I can focus on writing my blog.

Our web services team will embed your Aweber code and discuss a plan fulfill your requests. If you approve of the work and the quote, they'll do it. That's your best option. Otherwise, you should find a reputable developer for whatever website framework or content management system (CMS) you're using.
