Received an email warning of "Potential reduced AutoSSL coverage"

Inmotionhosting CPanel SSL/TLS Status  (and email) state the mail.<mydomain>.com "failed to fetch the DCV" file.

How do I prevent loss of the SSL certificate?

Hi,

Thank you for your question regarding AutoSSL. Normally this type of error is due to a firewall configuration blocking the AutoSSL service, or due to a typo in the domain name within the SSL configuration. I recommend reviewing any recent changes to your firewall settings as well as the spelling of the domain name in your SSL configuration.

Best Regards,
Alyssa K.
