Backup webmail to .pst file

We recently made MS 365 our email software. We're trying to backup our emails from all accounts so we can upload them to Outlook. When I try to backup from Horde, it only gives me the option to save it as a MBOX file or MBOX zip file and I need a .pst file. Additionally, even when I try to save as a MBOX file it doesn't work (website doesn't load and gets error message). Can anyone help with that?

Hello!

While this method is on the slower side, you can use mail client syncing to transfer email from one server to another. The guide I linked uses Thunderbird, but the same principles should apply with an Outlook client.

As another option, you may want to look into an MBOX to PST conversion utilities out there. Hope that helps!
