How do I redirect my home page to joomla home page?

Hi

I created a simple joomla site under /jl subdir on my site.  I would like to redirect my home page to the home page of my joomla site.  I tried using CPanel Redirects, index.html and index.htm, but none worked.  How do I properly redirect my domain (invitetogarden) to my joomla site (invitetogarden/jl)?

Thanks

Lidia

Hi, Lidia! For your privacy, I removed that account link, as it went directly to your server/cPanel login page. Just to make sure we're on the same page, you want everyone who goes to the site invitetogarden.com to be sent to the URL invitetogarden.com/jl ? If so, then you're on the right track: it's likely just a formatting issue with the redirect itself. Please refer to our guide on the subject of redirects to make sure the redirect is formatted properly. If that does not work, you may need to manually edit the .htaccess file. If you're having trouble with that, reach out to our Live Support team: they can access your account directly and edit it for you!
