A good number of our outgoing emails are being received in the junk folder of the recipients, how can you assist us with this?

I'm more than happy to assist with your question regarding outbound emails being directed to recipients spam/junk folders. It's important to ensure that your domain has the DKIM and SPF record added to the domain's DNS records in cPanel. The DKIM record will make sure that any inbound emails are not labeled as spam, while the SPF record will ensure that your outbound emails are being directed to the receiving party's inbox instead of their junk folder.
